Sample Assignment - Restaurant Launch Event
Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, England. I was commissioned by Searcys, the operators of the Orangery Restaurant at Blenheim Palace, to cover the Spring menu launch. The event drew attendance of over 100 participants and featured a full tasting menu, paired with wine, which the chef and sommelier discussed before each course. I was provided with full access to the restaurant and directed to capture the feeling and fun of the evening, below is a selection of the highlights from the event.
