I love this image, captured while on vacation in Costa Rice. With the sun setting on a moody gray sky, the darkness of the beach contrasts nicely with the bright white of the rolling waves. I used a slightly long exposure to create the blur in the water as it retreats back along the beach, as well as capture the spray from the surf.
